2nd HPP-NL Graduate Meeting
On Friday January 30, 2026, the second HPP-NL Graduate Meeting will take place at the beautiful new UvA University Library. The goal of this meeting is to get to know fellow PhD candidates working on the history, philosophy and/or foundations of physics in the Netherlands. PhD participants will have the opportunity to introduce their research in short 10-minute presentations, which will be alternated with plenty of time to discuss and socialize. Like last year, we will end the day with a group discussion on a topic relevant to us all (“Usefulness of philosophy for physics, and the skills philosophers use to study physics”), followed by drinks and dinner in the city center of Amsterdam.
